Head coach
Bob Shattell
Inaugural head coach of the Lightning NCDC team. Shattell was an NCAA assistant coach at Oswego State from the 2022-23 season, an assistant at SUNY Morrisville for three seasons before that, and head coach at Le Moyne College, his alma mater, for eight years. A Lysander, NY resident, he founded the Syracuse-based Salt City Prospects, offering personalized training to youth and collegiate players.

Tanner Coleman
An Oswego, NY native, Coleman played Division III at Western New England University and Becker College, then turned professional in the Federal Prospects Hockey League with the Mississippi Sea Wolves, Elmira River Sharks and Monroe Moccasins. He is also head coach of the Lightning Premier team.

James Henry
James spent two seasons as head coach and director of hockey operations for the Reading Royals, an affiliate of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers.
