    Tanner Coleman

    Coleman is the inaugural head coach of the Lightning Premier team. An Oswego, NY native, he played Division III at Western New England University and Becker College before turning professional in the Federal Prospects Hockey League, where he suited up for the Mississippi Sea Wolves, Elmira River Sharks and Monroe Moccasins. He is also an assistant coach with the NCDC team.

    Bailey Doust

    A Jamesville, NY native, Doust played junior hockey with the Columbus Mavericks, then competed at the ACHA Division I level at SUNY Oswego. He knows the junior-to-college path firsthand, and brings it to players working toward the next level.

    James Henry

    James spent two seasons as head coach and director of hockey operations for the Reading Royals, an affiliate of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers.
